For the High Wind Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday evening. * IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power bumps. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Strong to high winds could generate large waves on Fort Peck Lake which could swamp or tip small craft.
