Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. * WHERE...In Oregon, Northern Blue Mountains of Oregon. In Washington, Northwest Blue Mountains. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Travel could be difficult due to periods of moderate to heavy snow. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lighter snowfall amounts are forecast below 4000 feet along I-84 and OR 204. Steady snowfall through this morning will turn over to snow showers through afternoon. Heaviest snowfall rates are expected this morning and early afternoon.

Company Creek Road inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning to be overtopped. Water begins damaging Wood Road. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:30 AM PDT Wednesday the stage was 20.7 feet. - Bankfull stage is 19.5 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 3:30 AM PDT Wednesday was 20.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will fluctuate between 20.5 to 20.7 feet through Wednesday.
