Grayson County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 923 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 2 and 5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Sherman, Bonham, Denison, Van Alstyne, Howe, Pottsboro, Leonard, Whitewright, Bells, Tom Bean, Savoy, Ector, Trenton, Knollwood, Ravenna, Dorchester, Valley Lake, Randolph, Randell Lake and Eisenhower State Park.

Northeastern Gillespie County in south central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1100 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 857 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. Northeastern Denton County in north central Texas... * WHEN...Until 1130 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 833 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Overflowing poor drainage areas will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... McKinney, Frisco, Denton, Prosper, Anna, Princeton, Celina, Melissa, Pilot Point, Aubrey, Krugerville, Cross Roads, Ray Roberts Park Isle Du Bois, Ray Roberts Park Johnson Branch, Blue Ridge, New Hope and Weston.
