8. ADVERTISEMENTS
Advertisers on LocalConditions.com are using their own methods of tracking impressions and visits by implementing cookies or web beacons to determine the effectiveness of their own advertising campaigns. Generally, those tracking cookies are to offer Ads that are specific to a visitor's web surfing and purchasing trends.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a 2018 bill that enhances privacy rights and consumer protection for residents of California.

Our Service, although is meant for General Audiences and ads are set to be "Family Friendly", is not purposefully directed at minors, meaning under 18 years of age.

There are three areas of our website that collect personal data, and each area discourages information being submitted by minors : 1) Contact form 2) Our Membership form to sign up for a paid account. 3) On any traffic page (at the bottom) where we allow users to submit their own reports (e.g. Los Angeles Traffic)
