Unless you have become a member, we operate this website as a free service that does not require personal information in order to use it. Your visit and use of our service remains anonymous in the fact that we do not know, and can't connect usage to your personally identifiable information such as: Browsing history, Purchase History, Name, Address, Phone, Email, Social Security Number, Gender, Weight, or Height.

We do not know if you are a California resident (or of any state) just by visiting our website and also by having not submitted any data-collection forms we have on this site. As all websites do, we collect and temporarily store your IP address, browser type, and device type in order to monitor for proper use of our service as it relates to maintaining the security, integrity, and safety of our systems and services. There is no opt-out function for this because it relates to core operations - but we do not retain this information past 1 year. That information is not sold or shared. We do not track you once you leave this website.

We use service providers, and they independently collect the same generic information about your anonymous visit (e.g. IP, Browser, Device type) through their own means via their programming scripts we've implemented, for the sole purpose of performing their services provided on and for this website; not to sell that data to third-parties, as that is what qualifies them as Service Providers and not Third Parties, as defined under CCPA.

As a note: LocalConditions.com, as the Service and its controlling company, BlueCharm Web Productions, LLC may be exempt from CCPA, as we understand it, because we do not satisfy any one of the three (3) requirements the law specifies a business be held accountable.

Those three (3) requirements for a company doing business in CA are:

• Has annual gross revenues in excess of $25 million (We wish);
• Buys or sells the personal information of 50,000 or more consumers or households; or
• Earns more than half of its annual revenue from selling consumers' personal information.
