* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Central St. Louis, North St. Louis, and Northern Cook and Lake Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the Bois Forte Band, Lake Vermilion and, Nett Lake areas. Recreation spots such as Voyageurs National Park. The entire Boundary Waters is also included. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CDT Saturday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.

Minnesota River at Montevideo affecting Chippewa, Yellow Medicine and Lac qui Parle Counties. ...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Minnesota... Minnesota River at Morton affecting Renville and Redwood Counties. .Rainfall from earlier this week has caused area rivers to rise. Reduced rain chances over the next several days should allow area rivers to level off and eventually lower. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and expected to continue. * WHERE...Minnesota River at Morton. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Riverside Rd and Front Street flooded in North Redwood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 800 PM CDT Friday, the stage was 21.3 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 800 PM CDT Friday was 21.3 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 22.3 feet early Sunday morning. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 22.2 feet on 05/02/2006.
