...Forecast flooding increased from Minor to Moderate severity...
The Flood Warning continues for
The Congaree River At Carolina Eastman.
* until late Friday night...Or until the warning is cancelled.
* At  8 PM Monday the stage was 117.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 115.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river will continue rising to near 120.5 feet after
midnight Wednesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage
Friday April 24.
* At 119.0 feet...Extensive flooding occurs in the Congaree National
Park. Some area farmland is flooded. Minor flooding occurs at the
Carolina Eastman Facility.

* Forecast...The river will reach the advisory stage criteria
of 10.0 feet toward sunrise Monday morning. The river level
will fluctuate around 10.0 feet over much of next week. The
river will crest between 10.0 feet and 10.5 feet Monday
morning. Additional crest above 10.0 feet are possible through
much of this week.
* Advisory stage is 10.0 feet.
* At 10.0 feet...Portions of the Cayce and West Columbia Riverwalk
becomes flooded. Flood prone areas downstream from Columbia
begin to flood.

* TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF 
  EAST CENTRAL GEORGIA
  CENTRAL SOUTH CAROLINA

* EFFECTIVE THIS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 430 PM UNTIL
  1000 PM EDT.

* PRIMARY THREATS INCLUDE...
  A COUPLE TORNADOES POSSIBLE
  ISOLATED VERY LARGE HAIL EVENTS TO 2 INCHES IN DIAMETER POSSIBLE
  ISOLATED DAMAGING WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH POSSIBLE

SUMMARY...SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS OVER NORTHEAST GA AND UPSTATE SC WILL
BEING TO TRACK INTO WATCH AREA IN THE NEXT FEW HOURS.  LARGE HAIL
AND DAMAGING WINDS WILL REMAIN POSSIBLE WITH THE STORMS...ALONG WITH
