Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. - Heavy rainfall which occurred on Thursday has saturated the soils and any additional rainfall could lead to quick onset of water rises. Additional rainfall of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area with the line of storms this morning.
