...RED FLAG WARNING FOR FWZ 426 & 427 THURSDAY... * AFFECTED AREA...Fire weather zones 426 and 427. * WIND...Sustained southerly winds of 20-25 mph with gusts of 30-35 mph. * HUMIDITY...Afternoon values of 10-15% possible * IMPACTS...any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
