* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby. * WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - One to as much as five inches of rain has fallen across the watch area. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring. * WHERE...Central Knox County in north central Ohio... * WHEN...Until 430 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1234 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain had fallen earlier this evening. Minor flooding is ongoing in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain had fallen. - Dispatch reported areas of high water. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mount Vernon and Fredericktown. - Please visit www.weather.gov/safety/flood for flood safety and preparedness information.
