The storm which prompted the warning has weakened below severe limits, and no longer poses an immediate threat to life or property. Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. However, heavy rain is still possible with this thunderstorm.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Western Crawford County in southeastern Kansas... * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... At 127 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Mccune, or 12 miles northeast of Oswego, moving southeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Pittsburg, Frontenac, Columbus, Girard, Cherokee, Weir, Sherman, Scammon, Chicopee, Mccune, West Mineral, Roseland, Melrose, Beulah, Greenbush, Carona, Lone Oak, Hallowell, Skidmore, and Sherwin.

Woodson County in southeastern Kansas... * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 112 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
