* WHAT...Southwest to west winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to 55 mph expected. * WHERE...Eastern Columbia River Gorge of Oregon and Washington, Foothills of the Blue Mountains of Oregon, Lower Columbia Basin of Oregon, North Central Oregon, Yakima Valley, and Simcoe Highlands. * WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strongest winds are expected in the afternoon and early evening.
