At 422 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Ansonia, moving east at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation. Locations impacted include... Greenville, Versailles, Bradford, Union City, Ansonia, Webster, Gettysburg, Rossburg, Union Corners, Darke County Airport, Cosmos, Sharpeye, Brock, State Route 47 at US Route 127, Sharps Crossing, Horatio, and Pikeville. If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building. * WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following county, Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby and Union. * WHEN...From midnight EDT tonight through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of rain will occur overnight into Thursday. The heavier bands of rainfall will have 2 to 4 inches with locally higher amounts.

This, combined with high humidity, will result in heat indices ranging from the middle 90s to near 100 degrees for some locales.
