* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 34 will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Koochiching, North Itasca, South Itasca, Central St. Louis, North St. Louis, and Northern Cook and Lake Counties. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The best chances for frost will be in inland areas away from Lake Superior.
