* WHAT...West to northwest wind 30 to 40 mph with gusts 55 to 65 mph. Local gusts around 75 mph in the Absaroka Mountains. * WHERE...Upper Wind River Basin, Absaroka Mountains, and the Cody Foothills. * WHEN...From midnight Monday to 2 PM MDT Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will make travel difficult.
