* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of Kentucky, including the following counties, Bracken, Lewis, Mason and Robertson and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Brown, Fairfield, Franklin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Pickaway, Pike, Ross and Scioto. * WHEN...Until midnight EDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered thunderstorms with locally heavy downpours will continue into the evening. With the ground already saturated in many locations from rain the past few days, rapid runoff of the rainfall could lead to localized flash flooding.
