The combination of clear skies and calm winds this morning has led to areas of fog developing, particularly along the river valleys. However, some overland fog has also developed, which may be locally dense in spots. Fog is expected to burn off shortly after daybreak. Motorists should be prepared for rapid changes in visibility. Allow for greater distances between vehicles, use low beam headlights, and allow extra time to reach your destination.

The combination of clear skies and calm winds this morning has led to areas of fog developing, particularly along the river valleys.
