* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Western Crawford County in southeastern Kansas... * WHEN...Until 400 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 146 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Woodson County in southeastern Kansas... * WHEN...Until 800 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 112 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chanute, Iola, Humboldt, Yates Center, Erie, St. Paul, La Harpe, Gas, Neosho Falls, Galesburg, Savonburg, Elsmore, Stark, Earlton, Bassett, Petrolia, Iola Airport and Chanute Airport. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
