Higher gusts to 55 mph are possible with any t-storms. * THUNDERSTORMS...Isolated dry lightning strikes possible from any storms. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 14 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread quickly.
