Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Scattered to widespread showers and thunderstorms will develop across the Watch area Sunday morning into Monday morning producing rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches with isolated higher amounts of 6 inches or more.
