For the East Hobolochitto Creek...including Caesar...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...East Hobolochitto Creek near Caesar. * WHEN...From late tonight to tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 15.0 feet, Water over a few roads in the city of Picayune will cause traffic problems. School bus traffic may need alternate routes. A few homes on Northwood Drive will be threatened. Beech Street and Westchester Subdivision below the confluence of the east and west branches is subject to flooding in low places. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:45 PM CDT Monday the stage was 6.5 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.0 feet just after midnight tonight, then fall below flood stage not long after that. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 14.9 feet on 05/02/2006. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

In Mississippi, roads to Bordeaux Point area are beginning to flood. Campsites on the south side of Flower Lake are being covered. Parts of the road to Stubb's Island are flooded. In Arkansas, the lowest access road to fields inside the Arkansas Levee south of Horseshoe Lake is flooded.
