This includes the Tribal Lands of the Lac Courte Oreilles Reservation, the Bad River Reservation, the northwestern area of the Lac du Flambeau Band and the Red Cliff Band. Recreation spots such as Madeline Island and the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. * WHEN...Until 8 AM CDT Friday. * IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.

Fox River Lower Near New Munster affecting Kenosha and Lake Counties. .High water levels will continue on this river on Friday and into the upcoming weekend. This will result in minor flooding. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Fox River Lower near New Munster. * WHEN...Until early Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Floodwaters begin to affect 77th St. in the Town of Wheatland. Floodwaters are near some homes along Riverside Dr, Shorewood Dr, and Highway W in the Village of Salem Lakes and Town of Wheatland areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 10.9 feet. - Bankfull stage is 10.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 11.2 feet tomorrow morning.
