At 400 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 17 miles south of Vernal, moving north at 25 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Vernal, Naples, and Maeser. This includes the following highways... U.S. Highway 40 in Utah between mile markers 131 and 155. U.S. Highway 191 in Utah near mile marker 353.
