Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on east to west routes. Blowing dust could reduce visibilities.

Total snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches with locally higher amounts up to 2 feet in the Upper Cottonwoods and Ogden area mountains. * WHERE...Wasatch Mountains I-80 North, Wasatch Mountains South of I-80 and Western Uinta Mountains. * WHEN...From 6 AM Sunday to noon MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions are expected, especially above 7500 feet. Those in the backcountry will experience winter-like conditions. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snowfall is expected to fall Sunday afternoon and evening as a cold front moves through the area.
