* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. * WHERE...Lake IL County. The worst conditions are expected in northeastern portions of the county and near the Wisconsin state line. * WHEN...Until 9 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
