Southwestern Letcher County in southeastern Kentucky... * WHEN...Until 345 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 213 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Harlan, Cumberland, Loyall, Evarts, Lynch, Benham, Wallins Creek, Coxton, Ages, Golden Ash, Chevrolet, Kitts, Verda, Lenarve, Clovertown, Harlan Gas, Rosspoint, Kildav, Grays Knob and Bobs Creek. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
