* WHAT...Temperatures as low as 33 will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Spokane, Rockford, Coeur d'Alene, Othello, Potlatch, Ephrata, Oakesdale, Moses Lake, Genesee, Worley, Post Falls, Rosalia, Pullman, Tekoa, Moscow, Harrington, Grand Coulee, Creston, La Crosse, Uniontown, Cheney, Ritzville, Odessa, Wilbur, Fairfield, Spokane Valley, Airway Heights, Coulee City, Quincy, Plummer, Davenport, Colfax, and Hayden. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM PDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Frost could harm sensitive outdoor vegetation. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left uncovered.
