These early season hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illness for those that are not acclimated to the heat or are not taking proper heat precautions. If spending time outdoors this afternoon drink plenty of water and take frequent breaks out of the heat and direct sun. Do not leave young children and pets in unattended vehicles. Car interiors will reach lethal temperatures in a matter of minutes.
