For the Stehekin River...including Stehekin...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Stehekin River at Stehekin. * WHEN...Until tomorrow morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.5 feet, water inundates some properties and overtops the temporary corduroy bridge. Company Creek Road inundated at northern end. Battalion Creek culverts are beginning to be overtopped. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Upper Slopes of the Eastern Washington Cascades Crest. * WHEN...From 11 AM Tuesday to 11 PM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Significant snowfall with periods of heavy snowfall rates will combine with low visibility to create very difficult driving conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Lighter snowfall amounts are forecast below 2500 feet along I-90 and US 12. Steady snowfall Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday night will turn over to snow showers Wednesday.
