Additional snow accumulations of 8 to 16 inches, locally up to 2 feet upper Cottonwoods, Ogden and Logan area mountains. * WHERE...Wasatch Mountains I-80 North, Wasatch Mountains South of I-80 and Western Uinta Mountains. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Winter driving conditions can be expected across most mountain routes. Expect winter-like conditions in the backcountry.

Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles on east to west routes. Blowing dust could reduce visibilities. Strong winds and rough waves will create hazardous conditions on Lake Powell and other area lakes.
