The next statement will be issued when updates occur. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Shoal River near Crestview. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon to early Tuesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 8.0 feet, minor flooding of low lying areas. At 8.5 feet, water in yards on Sowel Road. At 10.0 feet, some flooding of trailers north of the Okaloosa Correctional Institute. The next statement will be issued when updates occur. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Blackwater River near Baker. * WHEN...From Sunday morning to tomorrow evening. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, Kennedy and Peaden Bridges are flooded upstream of Highway 4 bridge. At 11.0 feet, minor flooding of secondary roads and lowlands from the Highway 4 Bridge downstream. At 14.5 feet, flooding of Cotton Ridge Park in Baker begins. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 5.7 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.0 feet tomorrow morning. Ochlockonee River near Concord (CR 12) affecting Gadsden and Leon Counties. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ochlockonee River near Concord (CR 12). * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 36.0 feet, Primary access to homes along county highway 12 on the east bank of the river in Leon County may become restricted. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 36.6 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 8:45 AM EDT Saturday was 36.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will rise to 36.8 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early Monday morning to 35.6 feet Monday evening. It will rise above flood stage early Tuesday afternoon to 36.4 feet early Thursday morning. Santa Fe River At Three Rivers Estates affecting Suwannee, Columbia and Gilchrist Counties. Additional information is available at https://water.weather.gov/wfo/JAX * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Santa Fe River at Three Rivers Estates. * WHEN...From Sunday afternoon until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 16.0 feet, Lowland flooding begins on SW Santa Fe Drive south of Santa Fe Road in Columbia County. At 16.3 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission begins enforcement of a no wake zone on the Santa Fe River from the unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream of the Wilson's Spring Boat Ramp to the confluence with the Suwannee River and on the Ichetucknee River upstream to the US 27 bridge. At 17.0 feet, Water begins to enter backyards of residences on Santa Fe Road in Columbia County and on River Run Road in Suwannee County. At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flood River Run Road in Suwannee County. At 18.8 feet, Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission expands the no wake zone restriction further upstream on the Santa Fe River from the unnamed island 1.5 miles downstream on the Wilson's Spring Boat Ramp to one-half mile upstream of the State Road 47 bridge.
