* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of northeast Kansas, including the following areas, Atchison KS and Doniphan and Missouri, including the following areas, Andrew, Atchison MO, Buchanan, Caldwell, Clinton, Daviess, De Kalb, Gentry, Grundy, Harrison, Holt, Mercer, Nodaway and Worth. * WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Some areas have already received 5+ inches of rain. * WHAT...South winds 25 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected. * WHERE...Barton, Ellsworth, Lincoln, McPherson, Rice, Russell, Saline, and Reno Counties. * WHEN...From noon today to 8 PM CDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Small tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
