* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast Michigan, including the following counties, Macomb and St. Clair. * WHEN...Until 100 AM EDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1053 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - No additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... New Baltimore, Richmond, Romeo, Marine City, Macomb Township, New Haven, Washington, Chesterfield Township, Anchorville, Fair Haven, Ray Center, Adair and Shelby Township. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
