Total snow accumulations between 4 and 6 inches possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Virginia and southern West Virginia. * WHEN...From late Tuesday evening through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and evening commutes, as well as the Thursday morning commute.

* WHAT...Creek flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia, including the following county, Cabell. * WHEN...Until 645 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 202 PM EST, Department of highways report numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Locations along Raccoon Creek, Symmes Creek, and Indian Guyan Creek should especially be alert for high water. In addition, low-lying areas along the Hocking River and the Muskingum River may experience high water - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Guyandotte River At Branchland affecting Lincoln County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Guyandotte River at Branchland. * WHEN...Until late this evening. * IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Esquire Drive and portions of Health Creek Road begin to flood. At 28.0 feet, Payton Branch, Nine Mile Creek, Four Mile Creek, and Hamilton Creek Roads begin to flood. At 30.0 feet, Payton Branch, Nine Mile Creek, Four Mile Creek and Hamilton Creek Roads are flooded. Esquire Drive and portions of Health Creek Road are flooded. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:30 PM EST Monday the stage was 31.2 feet and falling. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 12:30 PM EST Monday was 32.2 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage late this afternoon and continue falling to 13.5 feet Saturday morning. - Flood stage is 30.0 feet. - Flood History...No available flood history. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

* WHAT...Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt continues. * WHERE...A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of the Meadow River along Highway 60. Water may affect some homes along the right bank of the river from Rupert to McRoss. The river level crested just above 16 feet at Hines late Sunday evening. At this level, route 60 would be flooded near Charmco. The river should fall below flood stage of 14.0 feet by this evening. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 129 PM EST, Gauge reports indicated Meadow River flooding near Hines. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Eagle Branch, Boggs Creek, Little Creek, Otter Creek, Meadow River, Mill Creek, Sewell Creek, Big Clear Creek, Burdette Creek and Beaver Creek. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... For the Ohio River...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ohio River near Huntington. * WHEN...From late tonight to early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 50.0 feet, WV Route 2 at Glenwood floods. Many low lying sections near the river flood due to backwater. At 51.0 feet, WV Route 60 East, Main Street, and above Pats Branch flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:00 AM EST Monday the stage was 47.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late tonight to a crest of 50.2 feet early tomorrow afternoon. For the Ohio River...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ohio River at Point Pleasant. * WHEN...Until Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 40.0 feet, Low-lying areas surrounding Point Pleasant and vicinity are flooded due to backwater. Salt Creek Road, Hannan Trace Road, Huntington Road at Boggs Run Road, and Mason Eighty Road start to flood. At 41.0 feet, The Addison, Blaville Road in Ohio is flooded and low lying areas surrounding Point Pleasant and vicinity are flooded due to backwater. At 42.0 feet, The Little Kyger Road in Ohio is flooded.
