* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches for a storm total of 3 to 5 inches. * WHERE...Portions of northeast and northwest Vermont. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A burst of heavy precipitation will change from rain to snow this evening with a brief period of wintry mix in between. Snowfall rates exceeding 1 inch per hour are likely. Steady snow will end by 10 PM, but as temperatures near freezing cool slippery travel may continue overnight.
