* CHANGES...No changes. * WHAT...Southwest winds 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph and waves 1 to 3 feet, highest from mid-lake to eastern shores. * WHERE...Greater Lake Tahoe Area. * WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 4 PM PST this afternoon. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.

Beach Hazards Statement issued November 2 at 5:08AM PST until November 3 at 8:00PM PST by NWS San Francisco CA

* WHAT...An increased risk for sneaker waves and strong rip currents. * WHERE...Pacific Coast beaches. * WHEN...Through 8 PM Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Waves can sweep across the shoreline without warning, pulling people into the sea from beaches, jetties, and rocks.
