Little Sioux River near Milford affecting Dickinson County. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Ocheyedan River near Spencer. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 9.5 feet, significant amounts of pasture and other farm land begin flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 9.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:45 AM CDT Friday was 9.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage Monday morning and continue falling to 7.2 feet Wednesday morning.
