* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding around Lake Maurepas and the western sides of Lake Pontchartrain. * WHERE...St. John The Baptist, Lower Tangipahoa, Southern Livingston and Upper St. Charles Parishes. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT Sunday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...After multiple days of strong easterly to east-southeasterly winds water has surged into the tidal lakes and piled up on the western side. Impacts are minimal but will continue for at least 24 hours until the water can finally start to drain out through the Rigolets.
