At 440 PM CDT, local law enforcement reported flash flooding across the warned area. Several roads are closed in and near Pleasanton, and multiple roads are closed in the Pleasant Hill area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by heavy rain. Several county roads, mainly along the left bank are inundated. Several residents which live along the right bank in the vicinity of Highway 400 may experience water entering their homes at basement levels. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:00 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 23.1 feet. - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage this evening and continue falling to 10.2 feet early Tuesday afternoon. - Flood stage is 21.0 feet.
