* WHERE...Portions of the Panhandle of Oklahoma, including the
following counties, Cimarron and Texas and the Panhandle of Texas,
including the following counties, Dallam, Hartley and Sherman.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

When a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, the storm may produce damaging winds, large hail, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain.
