Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Caruthersville. * WHEN...Until early Monday morning. * IMPACTS...At 35.0 feet, Grounds of the riverboat factory north of Caruthersville, Missouri are flooding. Park on the riverbank at Caruthersville is beginning to go underwater. In Tennessee, Barr Road is under two feet of water in places and evacuations are very difficult. Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Mississippi River at Osceola. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 34.0 feet, In Tennessee, Highway 19 is flooding at Johnson Lake. Houses and farmsteads just west of the north end of T. Rossinger Road are beginning to flood. Oscar Griggs Road, Conner Road, and Long Hole Road are beginning to flood. * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Middle Tennessee, including the following counties, Davidson and Williamson. * WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1143 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 951 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
