Ice accumulations of a coating up to two tenths of an inch of flat ice. Ice accumulations up to one tenth of an inch. * WHERE...Areas generally northwest of the Boston to Providence corridor. * WHEN...From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday morning commute.

* WHAT...Mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations around a glaze. * WHERE...Portions of southern Connecticut, northeast New Jersey, and southeast New York. * WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 9 AM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact this evening's and Thursday morning's commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A mixture of snow and sleet is expected this evening into the first half of tonight. The snow and sleet will change to a period of freezing rain after midnight. Temperatures are then expected to climb above freezing through mid-morning Thursday with rain ending later in the day.

In New York, Southern Westchester County. * WHEN...From 9 AM to 2 PM EST Thursday. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lying properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience minor flooding.
