* WHAT...Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph expected San Luis Reservoir. * WHERE...San Luis Reservoir. * WHEN...From 5 PM this afternoon to midnight PDT Wednesday Night. * IMPACTS...Strong winds and rough waves on area lakes will create hazardous conditions for small craft.

SAFETY and DATA MESSAGE

When a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, the storm may produce damaging winds, large hail, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain.
