* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level expected in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways. * WHERE...In New Jersey, Gloucester, Camden and Northwestern Burlington. In Pennsylvania, Delaware, Philadelphia and Lower Bucks. * WHEN...From 10 PM Wednesday to 4 AM EDT Friday. * IMPACTS...At this level, flooding begins on the most vulnerable roads along tidal waterways. Some partial or full road closures are possible. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Widespread tidal flooding could continue through at least Friday night's high tide or perhaps longer.

Beach Hazards Statement issued September 22 at 1:27PM EDT until September 22 at 11:00PM EDT by NWS Cleveland OH

* WHAT...High risk of rip currents. * WHERE...Northern Erie County. * WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening. * IMPACTS...Wind and wave action will cause currents on the lakeshore. Swimmers should not enter the water. Currents can carry swimmers away from shore through a sand bar and along structures extending out into the lake.

Flood Watch issued September 22 at 9:46AM EDT until September 23 at 8:00AM EDT by NWS Pittsburgh PA

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of southwest Pennsylvania, including the following areas, Higher Elevations of Fayette and Higher Elevations of Westmoreland and northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Marion, Monongalia, Preston, Ridges of Eastern Monongalia and Northwestern Preston, Western Tucker and Wetzel. * WHEN...Through Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers with locally heavy rainfall are expected through tonight. Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected on average, with locally higher totals possible.
