* WHAT...Visibility as low as one quarter mile in dense fog. * WHERE...Creston, Quincy, Number 1 Canyon, Othello, Chelan, Grand Coulee, Wenatchee, Odessa, Ephrata, Harrington, Cashmere, Wilbur, Number 2 Canyon, Moses Lake, Coulee City, Waterville, Pangborn Airport, Mansfield, Ritzville, Badger Mountain Road, and Entiat. * WHEN...Until 10 AM PDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.

When a severe thunderstorm warning is issued, the storm may produce damaging winds, large hail, dangerous lightning, and heavy rain.
