Minor flooding is expected. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no significant additional rainfall is expected this evening. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas. Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... West Union, Manchester, Ripley, Aberdeen, Blue Creek, Decatur, Bentonville, Dunkinsville, Cedar Mills, Bradysville and Wamsley. This includes areas along Eagle Creek in southeastern Brown County and southwestern Adams County, as well as Island Creek and Ohio Brush Creek in southern Adams County.
