For the Little Osage River...including Fulton, Horton...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Osage River at Fulton. * WHEN...Until Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 25.0 feet, Farmland at the gage site becomes covered by flood waters, and Highway 31, east of town becomes flooded. Highway 31, four miles west of Fulton has flood waters four to six feet in depth. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 11:31 AM CDT Saturday the stage was 26.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 11:31 AM CDT Saturday was 28.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall below flood stage to 21.7 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then rise above flood stage just after midnight tonight to 26.1 feet tomorrow evening.
