* WHAT...Temperatures as cold as the lower to mid 30s will result in frost formation. * WHERE...Central Willamette Valley, South Willamette Valley, Western Foothills of the Northern and Central Oregon Cascades, North and Central Coast Range Valleys of Oregon, Tualatin Valley, Upper Hood River Valley, North Clark County Lowlands, and South Washington Cascade Foothills. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM PDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Frost could kill sensitive outdoor vegetation if left uncovered. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Frost will be most likely for outlying valley locations, away from urban areas.
