...FIRE WEATHER WATCH FOR SOUTHWEST AND PORTIONS OF FAR SOUTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA TUESDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH EARLY TUESDAY EVENING... .Critical fire weather conditions are possible Tuesday afternoon through early Tuesday evening across southwest and portions of south central North Dakota. Minimum relative humidity values are expected to drop as low as 18 percent, with westerly winds around 30 mph and gusts to 50 mph. Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress. The National Weather Service in Bismarck has issued a Fire Weather Watch for wind and low relative humidity, which is in effect from Tuesday afternoon through early Tuesday evening. * WINDS...West around 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph. * RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 18 percent. * AFFECTED AREA...Southwest and portions of far south central North Dakota * IMPACTS...Any fires that ignite will spread rapidly and become difficult to control or suppress.
