Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Tropical moisture from the remnants of Hurricane Polo will overspread the region, which will promote heavy rain across southeast New Mexico and far west Texas. High rainfall rates and repeated rounds of rain may result in scattered instances of flash flooding.
